Welcome to our Bull Terriers. My husband, James and I are living with a Standard Bull Terrier, Morgan and Miniture Bull Terrier, Ben in Japan. Morgan is our first Bull Terrier we have been together since 1999. He is lovely dog and has a great temperment. Although he is very stubborn, he is a great friend to us. We rescued Ben from his ex-owner who couldn't take care of him any longer and was thinking of putting him down in 2004. He had been put in a training school for 9 month(!)by his previous owner, however he still has some bad habits which slowly are getting better. He still has a bit of a bad temper when he is sleeping or when stranger come to our house but he is so sweet to us and has becomes part of our family.

People still think Bull Terriers have a bad temperment, are aggressive and dangerous to kids. In Japan there are a lot of badly trained and poorly treated Bull Terriers. Miniture Bull Terriers are getting popular in Japan but because of that, pet shops or puppy farm have started breeding them ignoring their standard and sickness nor pedigree. So many people get them but it takes a special person to be able to handle their tough, energetic but sensitive character.
I am a member of the Bull Terrier Rescue in Kyushu, Japan and it is our mission to help abused and neglected Bull Terriers find their life-time partner.
